The Tahoe-Pyramid Bikeway runs through the park and along the Truckee River in Sparks. There are many Cottonwoods, which attract Magpies, and the river and banks have a nice mix of Waterfowl, Warblers, Flycatchers, early Swallows, Sparrows, Woodpeckers, and Finches. We will cross over to the UNR Ag Fields on the south side of the river to search for Geese and Raptors.
